Assistant Kitchen Manager - Revolucion De Cuba

Salary: £32,000 + 50% OTE Bonus

We are looking for an ambitious and reliable Assistant Kitchen Manager with a proven track record in maintaining high standards and developing teams to join our Cuban familia. You will lead and nurture your team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, work closely with your Kitchen Manager to drive revenue, control stock and GP, build a high-performing team, and ensure H&S and brand standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in leading your kitchen team to drive sales and uphold our purpose
• Encourage and develop your kitchen team
• Participate in recruitment processes
• Implement sales initiatives
• Assist with stock control and GP management
• Ensure health & safety compliance
