Bar Home in Lichfield, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen operations and support the team. You will ensure high standards of food quality and safety while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding, staff development, hygiene and stock control, and cost-aware scheduling. The role emphasizes collaboration with front-of-house to drive sales.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. In this leadership role, you'll play a key part in shaping our kitchen operations, maintaining high standards, supporting and developing the kitchen team at Bar Home.
