The successful Kitchen Manager will receive:

As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all food-related aspects, ensuring every item leaving your kitchen is of the highest quality. You will need:

• To be a passionate and dynamic leader, capable of training and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence;
• An eye for detail, ensuring everything looks perfect before service;
• Full confidence in managing all aspects of the kitchen, including rotas, stock control, and ordering;
• A sharp understanding of health & safety, food safety, and administrative tasks;
• To work closely with the venue management team to maximize service opportunities and ensure the continued success of the cinema.
