The successful Kitchen Manager will receive:

As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all food-related aspects, ensuring high-quality items leave your kitchen. You will need:

• To be a passionate and dynamic leader, capable of training and motivating a team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence;
• An eye for detail to ensure everything looks perfect before service;
• Confidence in managing all kitchen operations, including rotas, stock control, and ordering;
• A solid understanding of kitchen health & safety, food safety, and administrative tasks;
• To collaborate with the venue management team to maximize service delivery and ensure the venue's success.
