Farmer J London is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who will oversee daily kitchen operations, drive food quality, costs, safety and team development. The role demands high standards, passion for great food, and a collaborative approach with restaurant leadership.

You will lead a kitchen team, ensure top service, manage costs within budget, and contribute to ongoing growth of the brand in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Passion for great food and people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest food quality from prep to cook.
• Recruit, train, coaching and develop the kitchen team.
• Manage all aspects of kitchen health & safety in line with the law.
• Keep operational costs within budget.
• Work with the GM and Assistant Manager to deliver excellent customer service.

In charge of the daily kitchen operations, costs, health & safety, productivity and food quality, the Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for the overall kitchen team performance and development. You’ll have a passion for great food and possess extremely high standards with great attention to detail.

• Salary between £37,900 - £39,000 (based on experience and shop type).

What You’ll Be Doing As Our Kitchen Manager

• Delivering the highest food quality from prep to cook.
• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the kitchen team.
• Managing all aspects of the kitchen health & safety in accordance with the law.
• Keeping the operational costs within budget.
• Working alongside our General Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver fantastic customer service.
