Job summary

Compass Group UK&I through Chartwells is seeking an ambitious Head Of Kitchen on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) to deliver exceptional food experiences for students and clients. You will lead a kitchen team, manage budgets, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met while driving service improvements.

Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and proven leadership in a similar role, with a passion for great food and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Head Of Kitchen role.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Safety-first mindset with hygiene standards knowledge.
