The Restaurant Hub - Crayford is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead the kitchen team across BRG brands, ensuring top quality and smooth service.

You will drive performance, maintain rigorous food safety standards, and mentor staff in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment at our Dartford hub near Crayford. You will join a diverse brand family and contribute to a memorable dining experience across Carluccio's, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, GBK and Harry Ramsden's.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in professional kitchens.
• Experience supervising back-of-house teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP.

Responsibilities
