Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) is hiring a Back of House Supervisor to lead a fast-paced kitchen across brands including Carluccio's, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Harry Ramsden's. You’ll ensure quality, consistency and smooth service under pressure.

You’ll train and mentor kitchen staff, supervise food safety, optimize operations, and manage stock and waste. This role offers a chance to grow within BRG’s diverse family of brands and to contribute to memorable dining

Qualifications

• Leadership required to supervise and motivate the kitchen team.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver dishes to the highest standards.
• Maintain strict quality checks on preparation and plating.
• Oversee kitchen flow from prep to service during peak times.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and skills.
• Monitor stock, orders and waste to keep operations efficient.
• Uphold food safety, health and hygiene standards at all times.
• Resolve kitchen issues quickly to keep service smooth.
