Cardo Group is recruiting a skilled Kitchen Fitter to join our team covering the Cornwall area. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of kitchens to a high standard of workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter/Bathroom Fitter.

Responsibilities

• Fit and install kitchen units, worktops, sinks, and fixtures to spec.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure components for high-quality finish.
• Remove existing units and prep surfaces prior to installation.
• Carry out remedial works and adjustments to complete installations.
• Install and connect appliances, sinks, taps, and waste systems as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company standards.

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Fitter to join our team covering the Cornwall area.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Fitter responsible for the installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of kitchens to a high standard of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Fit and install kitchen units, worktops, sinks, and associated fixtures to required specifications and quality standards.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure kitchen components to ensure accurate installation and a high-quality finish.
• Remove existing kitchen units and prepare walls, floors, and surfaces prior to installation.
• Carry out minor remedial works and adjustments as required to complete installations.
• Install and connect kitchen appliances, sinks, taps, waste systems, and associated fittings where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area throughout the installation process and ensure the property is left safe and presentable upon completion.
• Complete relevant job documentation accurately and report any defects, additional repairs, or issues identified during installation.

You will need:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Fitter/Bathroom Fitter
• Strong knowledge of carpentry/plumbing techniques and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
