Job summary

Kitchen Fire Suppression Sales Manager role in the United Kingdom with a base salary up to £50,000 plus commission. Company car and 25 days holiday are offered.

You will drive growth across hospitality, education, healthcare and facilities management by developing sales strategies and building strong client relationships. Experience in fire safety or kitchen suppression sectors is preferred, with a proven ability to meet targets and manage a self-directed pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in fire protection or kitchen fire suppression sectors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage financial aspects.
• Self-motivated with a structured, self-managed pipeline.
• Knowledge of kitchen fire suppression systems is desirable.
• FIA or related industry qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets across servicing and installations.
• Identify and secure new business across hospitality, education, healthcare, leisure and facilities management.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tenders; lead commercial negotiations to close.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to maximise retention and growth.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and compliance to deliver on commitments.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and margin performance.
• Attend industry events to raise profile and generate leads.
