Job summary

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery in Wimbledon is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer with no design experience required. You will listen to customers, showcase offerings, and guide them from first contact through the design process using CAD software.

You will build trust with tradespeople and homeowners, create bespoke kitchen designs, visit sites for on-site CAD work, and collaborate with Travis Perkins colleagues to close deals.

Qualifications

• No specific industry experience required; transferable skills welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and trades.
• Detail-oriented, organised with good planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales and deliver excellent customer service to traders and homeowners.
• Build a customer base and collaborate with Travis Perkins colleagues to win customers.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using product knowledge and CAD software.
• Engage with trade customers and homeowners to understand projects and maximise sales.
• Conduct on-site visits to homes or sites and present CAD designs at the branch.
• Follow safety policies to ensure showroom and site safety.
