Job summary

Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers who thrive in a fast-paced, sales environment. No prior design experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to create exceptional kitchens for our trade customers and their clients.

You will drive sales, build trusted relationships with trade customers and deliver professional design support during home visits. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• High attention to detail with good design eye.
• CAD skills preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational, practical designs using product knowledge.
