Job summary

Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery in Wimbledon is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer with no prior design experience required. You’ll listen to customers, present options, and guide them through the journey from design to sale.

You’ll create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD, build lasting customer relationships, and work with colleagues to close deals while delivering outstanding service. The role includes field visits to sites and showroom work with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• No kitchen design experience required.
• Full UK driving licence with business insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and translate needs into kitchen designs and sales.
• Build a strong customer base and collaborate with colleagues to win business.
• Create bespoke kitchen designs using CAD and present to clients in-branch or on-site.
• Engage with trade customers and homeowners to understand projects and maximize sales.
• Visit homes or building sites to design inspirati on CAD back at the branch and close deals.
