Job summary

Insight Select Limited is seeking a Sales Executive in Tonbridge, Kent. The role combines kitchen design, consultative sales and project management, converting ideas into practical, beautiful designs.

You will manage projects from initial consultation and design through quotation, presentation and installation, while building strong customer relationships and working toward quarterly targets. The ideal candidate has customer-facing sales experience, excellent communication skills and a genuine

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Organised with good project management.
Interest in kitchens/interiors/DIY and driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Meet customers to understand requirements and design preferences.
Create accurate 2D/3D kitchen designs using CAD software.
Provide quotations and present designs in showroom or at customers’ homes/sites.
Build and maintain a strong customer network and work with the sales team to hit targets.
Manage projects from consultation to installation, overseeing timescales and budgets.
Keep up to date with kitchen design trends and training; deliver high customer service.
