Job summary

Magnet Bishops Stortford showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts inquiries into sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity with commercial value, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits and upsell where appropriate while working toward sales targets, with

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
