The Genuine Dining Co. is seeking a Kitchen GA to join our back-of-house team in Ash. You will help deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment, keep the kitchen clean, stock supplies, and support colleagues to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
• Build strong, friendly relationships with regular and new customers alike.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are delivered with a warm smile.
• Handle payments efficiently using the till system.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized station throughout the day.
• Clean and care for equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support with orders of all cleaning and disposable supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Assist in the preparation and display of food items, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
• Keep counters, displays, and service areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
• Keep seating and service areas clean, tidy, and inviting for customers at all times.
• Support your fellow team members—teamwork is essential to our success.
• Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of service when needed.
