Squire’s Garden Centres is hiring for a Kitchen - Chef in Washington. You will join a small catering team, assisting the Catering Manager and delivering quality salads, sandwiches and hot meals to our customers.

The role operates on an alternate Tuesday/Thursday rota with weekend work. The employed rate is £13.35 per hour, with benefits and a supportive team culture rooted in our family-run garden centres group.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a harmonious relationship with customers and staff.
• Carry out duties as requested by management.
• Prepare salads, vegetables and sandwiches with the kitchen team.
• Cook and bake hot foods, sweets and pastries as required.
• Record recipes and monitor wastage according to company guidelines.
• Store food to the company’s standards and maintain hygiene.
