Job summary

Arcade is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead one dedicated brand—Hero, Pablo's, Solis, or Gracey's Pizza—at Covent Garden. You will run a high-volume kitchen with a small team, driving product quality and commercial performance while owning day-to-day operations.

We want an experienced kitchen all-rounder who is personable, commercially minded, and passionate about food and drink. You’ll champion standards, cost control, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain quality across a brand.
• Strong understanding of food costs, labour, and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency in every service.
• Lead and inspire a small kitchen team to create a positive culture.
• Drive weekly/monthly sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Manage labour budgets through smart scheduling and deployment.
• Control food costs, stock levels, and waste to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards.
