Job summary

Bromford is seeking two adaptable multi-skilled operatives to fit kitchens and bathrooms with carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and vinyl flooring. You’ll join a growing team, with a company that values Great Place to Work recognition.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence; DBS check will be arranged. Closing date is 21 October 2026, with excellent benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trades or demonstrated industry experience.
• Proven skills across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and finishing work to a high standard.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK required.

Responsibilities

• Fit kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard across sites.
• Repair floorboards, box in pipes, install new showers and skim walls/ceilings.
• Ensure tasks are completed promptly and to high quality.
• Maintain use of company equipment and adhere to safety standards.

Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic kitchen & bathroom fitter looking for a new opportunity? Bromford is seeking two dedicated multi-skilled operatives to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team within a company recognised as a Great Place to Work.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in fitting kitchens and bathrooms, with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and laying sheet vinyl flooring
• Experience repairing floorboards, boxing in pipes, completing 1st and 2nd fix pipe work, fitting new showers, skimming walls and ceilings, and painting surfaces to a high standard
• A professional who takes pride in their work and ensures all tasks are completed promptly and to high standards
• Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or relevant industry experience in plumbing, carpentry, roofing, or wet trades

Additional Requirements

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check (arranged by BFL)
• Right to work in the UK
• Original copies of qualifications will be required
