Job summary

Bromford in Coventry area is hiring a skilled Multi Skilled Engineer to carry out repairs and refurbishment of empty homes, bringing properties back to a high standard before new customers move in.

You'll work Monday-Friday with a company van, fuel, tools, and a reliable salary. Overtime is available, and you will be supported by an experienced team as you manage your own workload across the local area.

Qualifications

• Experience across carpentry, plumbing and plastering.
• High workmanship standards and pride in work.
• Full UK driving licence and independent working ability.
• Basic DBS is required (we'll arrange this).

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work within our Empty Homes team, carrying out repairs and refurbishment work to bring properties back up to a high standard before new customers move in.

Typical Work Includes

• Carpentry

• General repairs
• Finishing works

You’ll manage your own workload across your local area while being supported by an experienced team.

We're interested in good tradespeople who take pride in their work.

You’ll Need

• Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing and plastering essential)
• High standards of workmanship
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• The ability to work independently
• Basic DBS required (we'll arrange this).
