Job summary

Connaught Care, a luxury care home group in Swindon, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join the hospitality team. You will support chefs with food prep, plating, and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring meals are presented with care and safety across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support our Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs with food prep, service and kitchen cleanliness.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety throughout each shift.
• Help plate and present meals with care and consistency.
• Keep the kitchen well-stocked, organised and running like clockwork.
• Assist with washing up and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth service.
