The Orders of St. John Care Trust is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant at Coombe End Court, Marlborough. You'll join our friendly catering team to prepare meals, snacks and drinks with residents in mind, focusing on quality and person-centered care.

No prior catering experience is required; full training will be provided. You’ll develop practical kitchen skills and learn about hygiene standards while supporting a warm, caring home environment.

Qualifications

• No formal catering experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred.
• Positive can-do approach and good communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks for residents.
• Get to know residents and their likes/dislikes to make mealtimes special.
• Collaborate with the catering team to deliver high-quality service.
• Support a warm, caring environment in the home during mealtimes.
