Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is hiring a Cook for Coombe End Court, Marlborough. You will join our caring catering team to prepare meals for residents, ensuring high standards and attention to individual dietary needs.

The role is 40 hours per week (4x10 shifts) with every other weekend. We value experience in professional kitchens and Basic Food Hygiene; a Level 2 Diploma is advantageous. Training and development are provided in our not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• You’ll need previous experience in a professional kitchen and the ability to cater for specialist diets.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required; Level 2 Diploma is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, ensuring quality and dietary compliance.
• Work within a catering team to deliver nutritious dining experiences.
• Engage with residents to understand preferences and needs.
• Weekend work may be required.
