Beaumont-Care-Homes in Newtownabbey is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the Cook Manager in preparing nutritious meals for residents. You will help ensure meals meet dietary requirements and standards of presentation in a caring home environment.

You will be part of a friendly kitchen team, handling deliveries, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safe food preparation.
• Team player who engages well with others.
• Excellent communication and a positive influencer.

Our Kitchen Assistants work alongside the Cook Manager assisting with providing nutritious and enticing meals for the residents in our care. You will be part of the reason that our dining experience is consistent and delivered to a high standard for all our residents

About the role

As a Kitchen Assistant you will:

• Help prepare all meals within the home, paying consideration to special dietary requirements
