Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef for Rajinda Pradesh at Sherwood Forest. The role is fixed-term until 14 January 2027, with shifts 12:00pm–11:00pm and a guaranteed 150 hours over 4 weeks. Training will be provided to help you develop in a busy kitchen.

You will work as part of a friendly team to prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes, while following food hygiene guidelines. Salary is £12.87 per hour plus an average of £3.97 per hour in shared tips.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Rajinda Pradesh team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 14th January 2027

• Full-time, shifts fall between 12:00pm to 11:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
