Job summary

The Restaurant Group is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in the UK to support back-of-house operations. You will maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes and ensure chefs have what they need to create meals for guests, with flexible hours including early airport shifts starting around 3am.

In this back of house role you'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and cleaning food preparation areas. You'll make sure our line chef's have everything they need to create our delicious food for our guests. Collaboration is essential reporting issues promptly and supporting team members to create unforgettable guest experiences.

You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
