Job summary

The Restaurant Group is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support back-of-house operations across its UK hospitality brands. You will help maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes, and ensure chefs have what they need to prepare meals for guests.

In this back of house role you'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and cleaning food preparation areas. You'll make sure our line chef's have everything they need to create our delicious food for our guests. You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
