Job summary

Upham Inns are hiring a Kitchen Assistant for one of their premium pubs in the region. You will help keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized while supporting the chefs in daily operation. We welcome friendly, team-spirited individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a high-quality dining experience.

Part-time role with flexible shifts, paying up to £13.00 per hour, plus optional benefits including staff discounts and training opportunities to grow within the kitchen team.

Join us as a kitchen assistant, and you'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning in our busy kitchen. You'll keep it clean and you'll keep it safe - and you'll protect the space so the chefs can create spectacular dishes.

Kitchen life is hard work, but it's also a lot of fun. The team spirit is brilliant and there's real pride in helping create something special for customers. This is also a great way to learn about premium catering.

If you've never worked in a professional kitchen before, don't worry. Comprehensive training will be provided.

We own a collection of beautiful and individual premium pubs across Southern England. Our pubs are in idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience. Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family is Harper's Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year.
