Springvale Care Home in Lennoxtown, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support high quality meals in a clean, safe kitchen. The role is hands-on, assisting with food prep, hygiene, deliveries, storage and stock organisation while working with the Chef and team.

The position offers a stable routine with full-time hours (40 per week) at a hourly rate of £12.71. Benefits include PVG, pension, and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full-time contract.

Our luxury care home based in Lennoxtown, delivering the highest levels of Residential, Dementia, Respite & Nursing care for 96-residents.

• £12.71 per hour
• Contracted to 40 hours per week
• Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview

As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.

You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times.

This role offers a consistent routine and the opportunity to build or develop your experience within a supportive and well organised kitchen environment.
