About The Role

The Kitchen Assistant at Millcroft is a vital part of our care home team, assisting the Cook in planning and preparing a variety of appealing, nutritious meals tailored to our residents' preferences, requests, and dietary needs. The role involves helping to ensure that each dining experience exceeds our residents' expectations and maintaining our high standards in our state-of-the-art kitchen facilities.
