Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy pub kitchen and help ensure smooth service. You’ll assist the kitchen team, contribute to high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and take pride in food preparation and service.

There is a clear internal pathway towards becoming a Commis Chef, with opportunities to learn new skills and advance your career within Marston’s. Flexible and part-time hours are available, with a benefits package that includes discounts and wellbeing

We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!

Start your pub career in our buzzing kitchen!Be on hand to make every service that bit smoother. You’ll play a vital part of making sure our kitchen team have everything they need to produce great, hot quality food for our guests.

• Have the opportunity to progress and learn the ropes of the Commis Chef role.
