Marston’s and its local pub network invites applications for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You’ll help ensure every service runs smoothly by supporting the kitchen crew to produce hot, quality meals for guests.

This role offers flexible and part-time hours, with a clear pathway to become a Commis Chef through our internal DNA career ladder, plus benefits including 30% off at our pubs, a £4.50 meal deal on shift, and various staff perks.

We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!

Start your pub career in our buzzing kitchen!Be on hand to make every service that bit smoother. You’ll play a vital part of making sure our kitchen team have everything they need to produce great, hot quality food for our guests.

Our kitchen is where it’s at:Working with and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, they’ll be plenty of new skills to pick up.

As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll:Be eager to learn and get stuck in, in an environment that’s fast paced with the opportunity to pick up plenty of new skills that can be used in our kitchen and at home.

• Have the opportunity to progress and learn the ropes of the Commis Chef role.


• Help to maintain high food and safety standards across the kitchen.


• Help to maintain that all kitchen areas remain cleanand clutter free


• Take pride in the food you prep and serve.


• Be committed to being a team player.
