Marston’s is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen team in a local pub. You’ll help ensure smooth service, learn on the job, and gain practical cooking skills that can grow into a culinary career.

We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!

Be on hand to make every service that bit smoother. You’ll play a vital part of making sure our kitchen team have everything they need to produce great, hot quality food for our guests.

Working with and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, they’ll be plenty of new skills to pick up.

As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll:

Be eager to learn and get stuck in, in an environment that’s fast paced with the opportunity to pick up plenty of new skills that can be used in our kitchen and at home.

• Have the opportunity to progress and learn the ropes of the Commis Chef role.
