Job summary

Binfield Church Of England Primary School is seeking a friendly Kitchen Assistant to join our on-site catering team. This part-time role offers 10 hours per week during term time, with shifts 11.30am to 1.30pm from Monday to Friday, delivering essential support for school meals.

Salary is £12.85 per hour, plus London Weighting, with opportunities to develop in a busy school kitchen. We value teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality food for children.

We have a fantastic on-site kitchen, producing excellent quality, freshly made lunches for our children and staff, under the guidance and leadership of our experienced Chef Manager. We are looking for a friendly Kitchen Assistant to join our team, to continue our mission of delivering a high standard of food quality to our school community.

This position offers excellent work-life balance as its a Term Time Only role with hours that can fit around family life.
