Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our busy kitchens, maintain a clean, safe, and well organised workspace, and help keep service running smoothly. You’ll join a collection of 30+ restaurants including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Forbici and Riva Blu, with in-house training through our bespoke RISE programme and access to staff discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic kitchen experience preferred, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Keep work areas clean and organised.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks and mise en place.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.

About You

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn about food preparation and kitchen operations.
