Job Opportunity: Kitchen Assistant at Regency Hall Care Home

Location: Regency Hall Care Home, The Carriage Dr, Hadfield, Glossop SK 1PJ

Part-Time: 0.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation areas.
• Wash utensils and dishes, store them properly.
• Sort, store, and distribute ingredients.
• Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Organize laundry supplies.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and tools.
• Assist with kitchen duties and adhere to cleaning schedules.
• Help in meal preparation and serving when needed.
• Use equipment carefully, following instructions and training.
• Report any faults with equipment immediately.
• Support food delivery and serving if required.
• Understand and communicate dietary requirements of residents.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.
