Job summary

Cosy Club Cardiff is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our chefs with food preparation, while keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate with tips, plus a strong work-life balance with two days off and a weekend off every six weeks, paid breaks and staff meals on shift, plus progression opportunities within a lively hospitality team.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow safety standards.

If you've had experience as a Kitchen Assistant or KP before, then great! If not, we still want to hear from you as experience is not necessary. You will be supporting our team of chefs by assisting with food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe.

This could be an ideal position for someone looking to start in a commercial kitchen. Full training will be provided and there is plenty of opportunity for promotion to chef.
