Ashridge Court Care Centre, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support high-quality meals in a clean, safe kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help with deliveries and stock under the guidance of the Chef.
The role offers a 40-hour week at £12.71 per hour, with paid DBS, pension and uniform provided, plus 5.6 weeks annual leave on full-time terms. An opportunity to develop experience in a supportive team environment.
Ashridge Court Care Centre is a bright, modern care home near Bexhill-on-Sea, set in the East Sussex countryside with sea views and peaceful gardens. The home provides high-quality general nursing care for up to 51 residents in spacious, well-furnished rooms, with compassionate support delivered with dignity, empathy and respect.
As Kitchen Assistant, you will support the delivery of high quality meals within a clean, safe and well organised kitchen environment. This is a hands on role where your contribution helps ensure meals are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness across the kitchen and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation. Working closely with the Chef and wider team, you will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely at all times.
