Job summary

The Restaurant Group in the United Kingdom is hiring a Kitchen Assistant. In this back-of-house role you'll help maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash dishes and keep prep areas sparkling while supporting line chefs to deliver great meals for guests.

This role requires flexibility for early starts, including airport shifts from 3am, and a positive, team-focused attitude. We offer meals on shift, staff discounts, training, and opportunities to grow within TRG's portfolio.

Qualifications

In this back of house role you'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, washing dishes, and cleaning food preparation areas. You'll make sure our line chef's have everything they need to create our delicious food for our guests. Collaboration is essential reporting issues promptly and supporting team members to create unforgettable guest experiences.

You're someone who will provide vital support, no matter what time you're working, airport shifts can start as early as 3am. Early starts mean early finishes!
