Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Kitchen Apprentice to join our Kitchen Department on a fixed-term basis with an immediate start. You will help deliver five-star service and memorable experiences for guests in a luxury hotel environment.

We offer up to £32,000 annual earnings (£26,436.80 basic salary + non-contractual tronc), pension contributions, free meals on duty, extensive staff discounts and world-class development programmes to help you grow in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Role focuses on assisting in kitchen preparation and service.
• Catering school certifications are preferred.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week on a fixed-term contract.

• Produce food in a timely fashion and adjust as required.
• Work as part of a team to deliver five-star service.

We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Apprentice, to join our Kitchen Department on a fixed-term basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As an Intern, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To work as an individual and as part of a team by assisting in the preparation of MEP and service for the section / department.
• To take ownership and check MEP levels and quality for your section.
• Complete a MEP list in order of priority and liaise with your supervisor prior to commencing the tasks.
• To produce food in a timely fashion & proactively adjust when required.
• Candidates with catering school certifications are preferred.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
