Oak View Group is seeking a proactive Kitchen Administrator to support our busy kitchen operation at 8 Bishopsgate in London. You will handle administrative tasks behind the scenes, ensuring records, stock and rosters are accurate and up to date.

Reporting to the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will manage documentation, supplier orders, deliveries and compliance paperwork, while upholding confidentiality and a high standard of organisation.

Competenze

• Proactive, detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in hospitality administration is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Manage kitchen administration, maintain records and update documentation.
• Support stock control, supplier orders, deliveries and invoice administration.
• Assist rota administration, compliance paperwork and general operational support.
