Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd is hiring a Kit Manager to oversee production equipment, oversee stock levels and coordinate deliveries for a busy creative production environment in Greater London. The role also supports office operations and assists the Office Manager with daily tasks, ensuring smooth daily workflows.

The position is full-time with weekly hours Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £14.80 per hour plus benefits. Training will be provided to integrate you into the production team.

Responsibilities

• Check returned kits, replenish stock, monitor expiry dates and arrange replacements.
• Order equipment and consumables, obtain cost approvals, and coordinate deliveries and collections.
• Check equipment readiness, maintain the kit room, and clean reusable items.
• Support office operations, handle calls and visitors, organise invoices, and open or close the office when required.
• Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks and perform other duties as required.
