Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a proactive Kit Assistant to support the Women’s First Team, WU19s and Girls Academy, handling day-to-day kit operations, laundry, heat-pressing gear, and match-day duties. The role involves stock management, kit distribution, travel to home and away games and training camps, and close liaison with players, coaches, and staff.

A full UK driving licence is required. This is a permanent, full-time on-site position based at the American Express Elite Football

Qualifications

• Experience handling laundry operations and gear preparation.
• Familiarity with stock systems and kit distribution processes.
• Strong communication skills with players, coaches and staff.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day kit operations for the Women’s & Girls teams.
• Support laundry and heat-pressing printed gear and uniforms.
• Assist coaching staff on training sessions and on-pitch duties.
• Travel with teams to home and away games and training camps as required.
• Help manage stock levels and kit distribution across squads.

Be the driving force behind our Women's and Girls' teams! We are looking for an energetic Kit Assistant to support our Women’s First Team, WU19's, and Girls Academy. In this fast-paced, hands‑on role, you will assist the Kit & Equipment Manager with all day‑to‑day kit operations, from managing laundry and heat-pressing printed gear to supporting coaching staff out on the training pitch. You will also travel to home and away games and training camps, while helping manage stock levels and kit distribution.

About you You must possess excellent communication and listening skills, allowing you to liaise with players, coaches, and senior management. You must be able to strictly maintain confidentiality at all times. It is desirable to have previous experience in a laundry‑related environment, working with stock systems. We do require you to hold a full UK driving licence.
