Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is looking for an energetic Kit Assistant to support our Women’s First Team, WU19s, and Girls Academy. You will assist with laundry, heat-pressing gear, and kit distribution, while supporting coaching staff on the training pitch and accompanying the squad to home and away games.

The role requires excellent communication, discretion, and a valid UK driving licence; laundry or stock-system experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills to liaise with players, coaches and management.
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kit & Equipment Manager with day-to-day kit operations, including laundry and heat-pressing printed gear.
• Support coaching staff on the training pitch and travel to home and away games and training camps.
• Help manage stock levels and kit distribution.

In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will assist the Kit & Equipment Manager with all day-to-day kit operations, from managing laundry and heat-pressing printed gear to supporting coaching staff out on the training pitch. You will also travel to home and away games and training camps, while helping manage stock levels and kit distribution.

About you

You must possess excellent communication and listening skills, allowing you to liaise with players, coaches, and senior management. You must be able to strictly maintain confidentiality at all times. It is desirable to have previous experience in a laundry-related environment, working with stock systems. We do require you to hold a full UK driving licence.
