Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is recruiting a Kit Assistant to support our Women’s First Team, WU19s and Girls Academy. You will assist with all kit operations, from laundry to heat-pressing gear and distributing kit to players during training and matches.

You will travel to home and away games and training camps, helping manage stock levels. Excellent communication and a high level of confidentiality are essential, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills for liaising with players, coaches and staff.
• Strict confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
• Desirable experience in a laundry-related environment with stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Kit & Equipment Manager with day-to-day kit operations.
• Handle laundry and heat-pressing of printed gear.
• Support coaching staff on training pitches.
• Travel to home and away games and training camps.
• Help manage stock levels and kit distribution.
