King’s Trust Team Leader at Worsley College is seeking an inspiring and proactive leader to manage the King’s Trust Programme. You will engage with a diverse group of young people, plan 12‑week delivery blocks, and ensure high standards of learning and assessment.

You will coordinate resources, track learner progress, and maintain accurate records while fostering an inclusive and motivating learning environment. Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working directly with young people.
• Ability to motivate, support and challenge learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; IT literate and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver King’s Trust Programmes at the College.
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning and assessment.
• Set and review learner goals and monitor progress.
• Prepare resources and maintain records within required timescales.
