Only FE is seeking a King’s Trust Team Leader to deliver a 12-week personal development programme for young people, working within college and community settings. You will motivate learners, build positive relationships, and help learners progress toward education, employment, training, or volunteering opportunities.

This is a full-time role based at college premises. The position involves planning, residential/field activities, and liaising with local providers to deliver the trust programme,

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, supportive, and meaningful learning experiences for young people.
• Motivate learners, build positive relationships, and help overcome barriers toward education, employment, or volunteering.
• Deliver the required number of Teams which comply with the 12 week programme.
• Recruit a range of young people across targeted groups.
• Progress learners through the programme in line with College budgets and targets.
