Job summary

King’s Trust Programme at Worsley College is seeking a King’s Trust Team Leader to guide and deliver the 12-week programme across the College. You will inspire learners, develop their skills and support progression into further study or employment, while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a full driving licence, and a willingness to drive a minibus.

Qualifications

• Experience with leading learning programmes for young people.
• Ability to engage, motivate and build positive relationships with learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good organisation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the King’s Trust Team Programmes across the College.
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning and assessment to help learners achieve qualifications.
• Set and review learner goals and monitor progress against targets.
• Maintain accurate assessment and verification records within required timescales.
