Nottingham College invites applications for a full-time Development Worker to join the King's Trust team within the Wellbeing Department. You will engage with young people aged 16–25 through a 12-week programme to help them gain qualifications, while collaborating with safeguarding officers and staff to address concerns and promote safe, supportive learning environments.
Responsibilities include pastoral support, behaviour improvement, liaison with tutors and parents, and recruiting up to 15

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, applying professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information. You will be able to work closely with learners, deliver, and design the King's Trust programme to make sure that it is inclusive and promotes a positive learning environment for all.
