Job summary

Silk Route Recruitment is assisting a Leicester-based, multi-product supplier with appointing a Kidswear Garment Technologist on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The role offers hybrid working and a strong emphasis on managing fit sessions and producing tech packs for high street clients.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver accurate comments, timely sample processing, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as garment technologist, preferably in kidswear/childrenswear.
• Experience in managing fit sessions and producing amendments/tech packs.
• Customer-facing role experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit sessions with high street customers and make commercial decisions; own the fitting process.
• Send clear, concise comments to suppliers and process samples in KPI timelines.
• Support the Design team on garment design across multi-products.
